Case Couture Shipping Policy

Standard tracked shipping across Canada is a flat rate of $8.95, and free on all orders over $49.98.

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Because our products are shipped internationally, standard tracked delivery is estimated at 10–18 business days.

For orders $125.00 and up, delivery is estimated at 15–25 business days due to the specialized nature of these items.

Tracking updates will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Not yet — we currently ship within Canada only, but we're hoping to expand internationally soon.

Do you ship to all provinces and territories?
Yes, we ship across Canada, including remote and northern regions. Delivery times to more remote areas may run slightly longer than our standard estimate.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please email us at support@casecouture.ca as soon as possible if you need to update your address. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, we may not be able to make changes.

What if my order hasn't arrived within the estimated window?
If your order is running past the estimated delivery window, reach out to us at support@casecouture.ca with your order number and we'll look into it for you.
