Refund policy

We want you to love your Case Couture piece. If it doesn't work out, our return process is straightforward.

14-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of your confirmed delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note: items that have been fitted to a device, worn, or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return, due to the nature of leather and other case materials.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or isn't what you ordered:

  1. Please don't ship the item back to us before reaching out — we can't accept unapproved returns of damaged goods.
  2. Email a clear photo or short video of the issue to support@casecouture.ca within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Once verified, we'll arrange a free replacement, shipped to your door at no extra cost.

Starting a Standard Return

To start a return on an unused item, email support@casecouture.ca with your order number. We'll confirm your order and send return instructions for our Canadian facility.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: You're responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service (e.g., Canada Post) to ensure safe delivery.
  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I exchange my case for a different color?
We don't currently offer color or style exchanges. If you'd like a different color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original (if it's still within the 14-day window and unused).

What if I miss the 14-day return window?
Returns can't be accepted after the 14-day window has closed. We'd encourage reaching out as soon as possible after delivery if you think you may want to return an item.

Is this a final sale?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within our 14-day window. Once an item has been fitted to a device, worn, or shows signs of use, it becomes final sale — except in cases of damage, defect, or an incorrect item received (see our Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items section above).
